FAQ

Can I try plugins before purchasing?

While Bubble doesn't offer traditional trial periods for plugins, the subscription system is designed to be risk-free. All subscriptions are prorated, meaning you only pay for the actual days you use the plugin. If you decide a plugin doesn't meet your needs, you can cancel anytime, you'll only be charged for the days you've actually used the plugin. This makes it very cost-effective to test plugins in your application.

For example, if you subscribe to a $30/month plugin and cancel after 3 days, you'll only pay for those 3 days (approximately $3).

Can I use the same plugin on multiple applications?

No, plugin subscriptions and purchases are per-application.

• Each Bubble application requires its own separate plugin subscription.

• You cannot share a single plugin subscription across multiple apps.

• You'll need to purchase or subscribe to the plugin for each application where you want to use it.

I accidentally subscribed or purchased the wrong plugin. Can I get a refund?

Yes.

Contact Bubble Support directly to request the refund. Explain your situation to the support team, Bubble will review your request and process the refund if approved. Make sure to submit your refund request as soon as possible after the purchase.

Where can I find technical support and documentation?

You can find support materials in several places:

• Visit the Documentation section for comprehensive guides and tutorials.

• Check the Plugin Update Notes regularly. There you will find latest bug fixes, new feature announcements, status of feature requests, recent improvements, known issues and their resolutions

• Release notes often address common questions and may indicate if your specific issue has already been resolved.
