We collaborated with the founder to uncover key pain points, user needs, and business goals. We then reimagined the user experience and interface of the existing bare-bones MVP. Additionally, we developed a custom API, integrated advanced search functionality, and implemented adaptive algorithms to enhance performance and usability.
